Ground floor
Due to uneven ground levels in that part of the site the entrance leads to the stairs in the ground floor with a large entrance hall, 3 double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower tray. Each bedroom is facing west with view of the other islands and sun set. In front of each of the bedrooms there is a large veranda and garden also an outside stoned stairs leading to the first floor outside seating arrangement.
First floor
From the main entrance (ground level) you enter a hall leading to a living room and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully functional and the living room is furnished traditionally and includes a sofa bed arrangement. In front and on the side of this level there are huge verandas and seating arrangement with BBQ, a marble table for 8, under a large pergola covered with bamboo and with uninterrupted view to the other islands and sun sets
The whole house has approx. 2000 sq.m land around it and it is isolated from the other villa.
The whole villa is air conditioned with cold/hot air.
