- The house has 4 independent rooms, each one with en suite bathroom. There is an independent living room and kitchen area and interior courtyard fully protected from the winds. There is also a separate workshop and a bar/cellar. More pictures of the interiors will be available towards the end of April.
- Each room has an independent entrance and is build in another level, so it is more like 4 independent studios. The 3 studios are around 30-35m2 each and the on is around 20m2. Two of the rooms have a small kitchennete.
- In total 8 people can easily sleep in the house (2 in each room). There are also 2-3 extra beds, 2 baby beds abd a large sofa in the living room (3x3 meters)
- The house is fully fitted out with all appliances. In detail: Two plasma TV's, 2 normal TV's, 3dvd's and vcr's, satelite system, wifi connection, 2 stereos etc.
In the kitchen: Cooker/oven, microwave/oven, espresso maker, fridge with freezer, extra freezer, 2 extra fridges, kenwood mixers, and basically fully fitted kitchen.
- Cleaning and changing of sheets twice a week, or according to request.
- All other services (drivers, rentals, cook,massages, joga classes etc) can be available on request and for an extra cost.
Final price is 450 euros per day for August and 350 euros per day for September.
